What is a return/refund policy?
To ensure your return request is valid, please note the following:
- Returns are only accepted if the product is found to be damaged upon opening the parcel.
- You must inform us on the same day you receive the product to validate your request.
- A full unboxing video is required, showing the parcel being opened and the damage discovered.
