Welcome to Miss Morningstar Luxury. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.missmorningstar.com (the “Site”), and the purchase of products from our Site. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. General Miss Morningstar Luxury is an online retailer specializing in gold jewelry. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our Site or services without prior notice.

2. Eligibility By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Product Information and Pricing We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies are found.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are listed in Philippine Peso and may include applicable taxes.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital payments.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.
  • Layaway orders are subject for fixed 3 payment terms within allowed layaway months per product. Failure to complete the payment with the due date will forfeit the given payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to selected locations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • Shipping courier is only LBC.
  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Miss Morningstar Luxury is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by the carrier.
  • All shipping fee will be shouldered by the client.
  • In-case the address is not applicable for door-to-door delivery the client have the right to change address or pickup the parcel to desired LBC branch. This case will be communicated by our admin so keep your lines open so we can address any issue accordingly.
  • For accurate shipping fee calculation please use the LBC shipping calculator. and set Calamba Laguna for the origin. Shipping to North Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao we strictly use kilobox or bigger box for orders above PHP 10,000 and those items that requires high damage protection and shipping capacity.
    • Sample Shipping Fee + Insurance (Note this is estimated only based on our previous shipments):
      • Worth 5000 and Below: All provinces 150 to 200
      • 5001 to 10000: Luzon: 170 to 350, Visayas and Mindanao 250 to 420
      • 10001 and above: All area 350 to 2000+.
      • Note: Insurance price starts at 100 and increases by 10 for every 1000.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with end to end unboxing video.
  • Refunds are issued after inspection and may take up to 30 business days to process.
  • Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for return.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Miss Morningstar Luxury and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability Miss Morningstar Luxury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

9. Privacy Policy Your use of our Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Republic of the Philippines.
