Differences in thickness, weight, and appearance depend on several factors, including design structure and gold distribution. Some pieces may look large but are more flexible due to how the gold is formed or stretched in the design. Others may appear small but feel heavier because of a denser and more solid build.

We do not control the design, weight, or physical characteristics of each piece. All items are sold as factory-made, ready-to-wear pieces unless otherwise stated.

For transparency: pricing is per piece, not per gram, when purchasing through platforms like TikTok. Platform fees are applied to each individual item. We are a direct factory seller. All of our pieces are imported, and some are exclusively produced for us by reputable gold jewelry manufacturers. These exclusive items may carry our own initials as markings.

Some of our Hong Kong settings come with test certificates when they are provided to us at no cost. If a piece does not include a certificate from the manufacturer, we do not apply for one separately in order to keep our prices competitive. Certification can be expensive, and we do not want to pass 

additional fees on to our clients. Rest assured, even without certificates, all our pieces are made of 100% genuine gold and are fully pawnable and saleable.

You are welcome to have your item tested at any trusted pawnshop or jewelry store near you.

If any piece is proven to be fake, we will provide a full refund. The client simply needs to provide valid proof as well as supporting evidence and return the actual piece they purchased for verification.
