We are a direct factory seller. All of our pieces are imported, and some are exclusively produced for us by reputable gold jewelry manufacturers. These exclusive items may carry our own initials as markings.
Some of our Hong Kong settings come with test certificates when they are provided to us at no cost. If a piece does not include a certificate from the manufacturer, we do not apply for one separately in order to keep our prices competitive.
Certification can be expensive, and we do not want to pass additional fees to our clients. Rest assured, even without certificates, all our pieces are made of 100% genuine gold and are fully pawnable.
You are welcome to have your item tested at any trusted pawnshop or jewelry store near you.
If any piece is proven to be fake, we will provide a full refund. The client simply needs to provide valid proof as well as supporting evidence and return the actual piece they purchased for verification.
